Our revolutionary converyor belt training and tracking alignment system, with it's dual pivot design, is installed on the top side of the return run so the belt crosses the steering roller before it reaches the guide rollers. This means the guide roller maintains a precise centered line position (1/4 on either side of the belt), resulting in a roller alignment system that continuosily monitors and corrects the belt from veering off its center line. Principals of Operation visit our video library The Sure Align Tracker and the Sure Align Trougher alignment tracking rollers from Conveyors Plus uses four components : two pivot members, a control bar, 2 guide rollers and a steering idler. When the conveyor belt wanders or drifts in either direction from center, the guide roller is engaged at the belt's edge which causes the control bar to move laterally. This lateral movement of the control bar provides rotational movement to the pivot members. The rotational movement of the pivot members swings in a direction to move the steering roller to correct belt misalignment.
