Conveyors Plus cleverly designed the Sure Align Tracker for return belt applications and can be installed on either the top side or bottom side of the return path Unlike most other alignment products on the market ,our system provides maximum tracking efficiencies over bottom side (dirty side only) steering rollers and idlers.
The Sure Align Tracker continuously monitors the conveyor belt within a 1/4 inch of center line at all times. It does this by using guide rollers positioned on either side of the belt that sense any lateral movement .With minimal pressure on the edge of the belt our patented pivoting members gently guides the belt back to it's centered and aligned position.
